  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop business partnerships with customers, including solar installers, retailers and wholesalers, to achieve sales targets.
  • Visit customers and introduce company products and solutions to them.
  • Makes sales strategy and B2B channel development plans in line with company strategy.
  • Provide regular training to team members.
  • Provide regular reports on sales, competitors and market trends.
  • Provide general customer support to all B2B customers and work with other teams to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Requirements:
  • Work experience in the Australian residential solar industry (e.g. inverter and/or battery manufacturer, energy company).
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related field.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills.
  • Build sales strategy and channel development plans in line with company strategies.
  • Hands-on experience in building sales channels and delivering sales growth and targets.
  • Excellent communication and demonstration skills.
