This exciting opportunity is for an accredited, experienced Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner to join our team of highly skilled professionals providing FDR to separating couples.

About the Role

You will assist separating couples in resolving disputes related to parenting arrangements, property settlements, and the development of parenting plans.

Your responsibilities will include providing conflict resolution, parent education, and a structured framework for negotiation.

You will also conduct assessments and mediation, lead group work as needed, and offer information, support, and referrals to appropriate services and programs.

Requirements
  • Degree qualified in Social Work, Social Sciences or Family Law.
  • Graduate Diploma in Family Dispute Resolution.
  • Accreditation as an FDRP with the Attorney-General's Department.
  • Previous experience working as an FDRP (desirable).
