Restaurant and Bar Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant and Bar Manager to join our team.


The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Core Restaurant Bar, The Deck, and In-Room Dining, ensuring excellent service delivery and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests.


  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage restaurant, bar, and in-room dining operations
    • Create a positive and engaging customer experience
    • Lead and develop a high-performing team
    • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and colleague engagement

We're looking for someone with:


  • Diploma-level training in food and beverage management or equivalent
  • 3 years of related experience, including management experience
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • A head for business and an eye for detail
