Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced food and beverage environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding guest experiences, ensuring a clean and safe environment, and assisting with day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with serving customers, taking orders and providing prompt and friendly service
  • Ensure professional and courteous service is provided to all guests in each interaction

Requirements:

  • Ability to work various shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
  • A calm nature in the midst of a busy environment
  • Ability to actively resolve complaints and challenges presented by customers
  • A team player with the ability to assist in all areas of F&B operations during peak times
