Role Summary

The Finished Artist plays a pivotal role in creating visual communications materials, encompassing print and digital publications, advertising campaigns, sales collateral, and other vital brand elements.

This position requires a high degree of artistic expression, creativity, and technical skill to produce engaging marketing materials that resonate with the target audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and design marketing materials, including publications, newsletters, brochures, press advertising, events materials, and digital media.
  • Provide expert design solutions internally to various business units and subsidiaries as directed by the Creative Services Manager.
  • Create templates for internal stakeholders to maintain visual consistency in the brand.
  • Retail images to ensure files are print-ready.
  • Coordinate artworking and design requests from across the organization.
  • Liaise with external partners, such as printers, advertising agencies, and design agencies, as required to fulfill marketing requirements.
  • Assist with coordinating the delivery of print and electronic publications to members and stakeholders.
RequirementsEssential Skills and Qualifications:
  • A degree or diploma qualification in Graphic Design.
  • A minimum of four years of professional experience in a marketing department, design studio, or print house.
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and flair for design while meeting the requirements of the brief and business.
  • Good communication skills, including establishing and managing positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisation skills and high levels of attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Design, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office is essential.
