Visual Marketing Specialist

This is a part-time role for an artistic professional with exceptional creativity and a passion for marketing and real estate.

We are looking for an individual to join our team and help enhance our marketing efforts. Our team prides itself on a collaborative, supportive culture and a commitment to excellence.

  • Create digital and print assets, including brochures, signage, information memorandums, and other materials
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns across digital and print channels
  • Collaborate with the agency team to bring creative ideas to life visually
  • Manage online listings and ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines
  • Design and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media and email marketing
  • Website management, improvements, and monitoring (Squarespace experience preferred)
  • Client database management and general administrative support
Requirements

Strong creative skills, with hands-on marketing experience (real estate experience a plus)

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); Canva a bonus

Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & SharePoint

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Collaborative, proactive, and able to take initiative in a fast-paced environment
