Job Title:

Clinical Manager

Lead our Home Nursing Service team to drive clinical excellence, efficiency, staff development, and consumer satisfaction in line with industry standards.

About the Role:
  • Strategically manage our Home Nursing Service ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
  • Provide clinical oversight across nursing and assessment functions for high-quality safe care.
  • Build partnerships with stakeholders to support service growth and innovation.
  • Enhance systems and processes that support clinical governance, business efficiency, and consumer satisfaction.
  • Support the development of a skilled nursing workforce aligned with current sector needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing nursing teams in a community setting.
  • Strong understanding of clinical governance, risk management, and continuous improvement principles.
  • Financial acumen and business management experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of community funding streams (e.g., CHSP, DVA).
  • Experience with client management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A current Victorian Driver's License and National Police Check.
