Job Title: Digital Marketing DirectorAbout the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled digital marketing director to join our team in Melbourne.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing cross-functional teams, developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, and driving business growth through various channels.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of digital professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality work
  • Develop and implement strategic digital marketing plans across various platforms and channels
  • Work closely with the sales team to pitch new and existing clients, leveraging your expertise in data analysis, campaign optimization, and performance metrics
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and algorithm changes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a senior digital marketing manager or director in a boutique agency
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and developing strategic plans
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong technical skills in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush)
