Marketing Lead

About our mission to improve youth wellbeing and mental health, we are looking for a Marketing Lead to lead our marketing function from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive business growth through targeted email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, and multi-channel campaigns
  • Owning campaign execution, building and managing high-performance campaigns across key platforms
  • Designing and executing sophisticated email campaigns, including welcome sequences, re-engagement flows, and conversion nurtures
  • Conducting A/B and multivariate tests on subject lines, messaging angles, CTAs, campaign formats, landing page elements, and creative assets
  • Tracking campaign performance across the entire funnel, monitoring key metrics, and using data to refine strategy and make informed decisions
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in established markets
  • Proven ability to deliver results in a lead-gen target
  • Experience leading teams and getting hands-on when needed
  • A natural builder mentality, identifying gaps, creating systems, and moving quickly
  • A strategic mindset - forward-thinking and execution-oriented
