About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Services Quality Lead to support quality improvement initiatives, risk management, and safety and quality compliance within our contracted services.

This role will work closely with the Manager – Contractor Relationships and support the team of Advisors in these areas across our commissioned services:

  • Risk and issues management
  • Safety and quality compliance
  • Quality improvement
  • Aligning commissioned services with PHT's Safety and Quality Framework
  • Provide advice and support to Advisors regarding commissioned services compliance with safety and quality expectations
Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical, health-related or other relevant qualifications related to health service management, and/or extensive experience in managing service quality, improvement and governance requirements
  • Ability to think strategically in the performance management of commissioned service providers
  • Natural leadership skills – able to support and empower team members to achieve results
