About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Learning Experience Developer to craft and deliver impactful learning experiences that foster growth and development within our organisation.

As part of our collaborative People and Culture team, you will have the opportunity to shape how learning supports our mission: empowering individuals to reach their full potential by developing the people who guide them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement engaging learning programs aligned with our strategic objectives.
  • Create content and resources utilising adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
  • Collaborate with Trainers to ensure consistent, relevant, and effective delivery.
  • Support and enhance our digital learning systems (LMS).
  • Gather feedback and leverage data to continuously improve learning experiences.
  • Promote a culture of professional growth, curiosity, and continuous improvement.

About You

You're a skilled Learning Experience professional who excels at translating strategy into engaging, learner-focused programs. You thrive in collaborative environments, bring both curiosity and rigour to your work, and possess excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in Learning Experience Development, ideally in education or human services.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable) plus tertiary qualifications in Education, HR, or Learning Design.
  • Strong instructional design skills and confidence in facilitating engaging sessions.
  • Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
  • Excellent organisational and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • A genuine passion for fostering a culture of growth and capability.
