The People, Culture & Systems Officer is a vital role that bridges the gap between business stakeholders and HR systems solutions. With unwavering dedication to continuous improvement, this individual works closely with operational management to ensure our HR systems meet the evolving needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates the implementation of system and process changes to resolve challenges and meet business objectives
  • Provides timely support to Centres, Operations, Recruitment and Payroll teams in resolving HR systems queries and issues
  • Collaborates with the Recruitment, People, Performance & Culture team in delivering suitable solutions and systems functionality
  • Develops and delivers quality reporting across all HR platforms as required by the business
  • Offers expert systems support across the business to troubleshoot any issues that arise
  • Works with Department leads to improve induction and onboarding processes continuously
  • Collaborates with operational managers and suppliers to build effective learning courses and materials within the ELMO course builder
  • Manages course enrolments and reports on status updates
  • Updates and manages onboarding workflows within ELMO
  • Implements new ELMO modules throughout the organization
  • Facilitates systems training with managers
  • Develops and delivers training and user guides across HR Systems and processes
  • Assists in the collation of data and information for HR metrics
  • Researches new system trends and functionality to enhance the systems solutions in place

Requirements:

  • Experience with ELMO or a similar HRIS system in a comparable role
  • Proficiency in Articulate 360 (or other eLearning authoring tools), Smartsheet and Sharepoint
  • Knowledge of other HRIS systems including Harver, Revelian and Formaliti
  • Strong Excel skills to support report-building across the organization
  • Ability to comprehend business challenges and requirements
  • Previous project management experience, overseeing systems implementation and roll-out
  • Capacity to work warmly with a range of stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts in layman's terms
  • Self-motivated and results-driven individual
