Job Title: Field Service/Operations Supervisor

The role of this position is to lead a newly formed team, reporting directly to the State Commercial Manager. The team is responsible for executing several key tasks, including:

  1. Overseeing and coordinating activities to meet SLAs, KPIs, targets, and annual objectives.
  2. Managing and resolving customer complaints.
  3. Encouraging team members to meet and exceed productivity targets, as well as managing underperformance where necessary.
  4. E nsuring adequate coverage to deliver and surpass customer expectations, while also ensuring a fair and equitable distribution of work across the team.
  5. Scheduling work daily and in advance for technicians to meet customer SLAs and maximize technician productivity.
  6. Monitoring teamwork load, such as mailboxes, call queues, backlogs, and providing feedback and taking corrective action to manage workflows and volume.

To succeed in this role, you will need demonstrated experience in managing/supervising an administration/customer service/scheduling team in a fast-paced service environment, including:

  • Experience dispatching and planning work for field service teams (essential).
  • Experience in the Fire Protection Industry and/or Electronic Security (preferred).
  • Australian Citizenship or Australian Permanent Resident (PR).
  • Enjoy working in a team environment.
  • Experience in fast-paced service delivery environments.
  • Proven performance to meet and exceed critical deadlines and targets (essential).
  • Knowledge of Pronto/Salesforce or other ERP/CRM systems will be highly regarded.
  • A customer-centric focus.
  • Technical aptitude to quickly pick up the industry and role.
  • Experience working in a KPI target environment.
