Senior Retail Director

Lorna Jane seeks a senior retail leader to join our team in South Australia and Western Australia.

About the Role:

The Senior Retail Director will play a key role in driving sales and growth targets by leading, motivating, and developing a team of Regional & Store Leaders. Key responsibilities include:

- Managing a retail portfolio of up to 12 stores and 1 direct Regional Leader.
- Analyzing business results to identify opportunities for improvement and implementing store-specific strategies to improve revenue and profitability.
- Achieving store and region profitability targets by ensuring sales meet expectations and operational expenses are controlled.
- Cultivating a winning culture by promoting a high-performance model and holding team members accountable to their roles and expectations.
- Acting as a brand ambassador and connecting team members to the Lorna Jane philosophy through regular communication and training plans.
- Identifying skills gaps and providing feedback, development, and coaching to build capability across Regional & Store Leaders.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced retail environment in a senior leadership position.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of Regional & Store Leaders.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness with exceptional sales ability.
  • Passion for customer service and supporting team members to meet sales targets and KPIs.
  • Ability to analyze data to drive actionable insights and make effective business decisions.
