About You:
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, commerce, or UX design.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record in digital experience.
- A passion for developing digital strategies to enhance customer experience and retention.
- Advanced SEO copywriting skills.
- A deep understanding of accessibility and inclusivity in content design.
