Job Title

As a senior business strategy professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and delivering value to the payments ecosystem.

Your primary responsibility will be to conduct high-level business analysis, providing strategic guidance and ensuring alignment with organisational goals.

You will also manage and mentor a team of business analysts, fostering their growth and professional development.

Effective communication and decision-making across stakeholders are crucial in this role, identifying opportunities for process improvement and recommending solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience, with 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in business analysis.

Experience in delivery practices and tools, including Waterfall/Agile and Jira, is essential. Leadership experience, including managing a small team of business analysts (< 7), is also necessary.

A thought leader in a BA community of practice, you should possess knowledge of the payments technology and financial industry.
