Our Robots in Residence program brings STEM to life in classrooms across Australia—empowering students with hands-on robotics and coding experiences that build confidence, curiosity, and capability.
About The Role
As a Program Facilitator, you'll lead the delivery of our exciting Robots in Residence program in partner schools. You'll work with volunteers and teachers to create engaging, inquiry-based STEM learning experiences using robotics kits and coding tools.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Delivering weekly robotics and coding sessions onsite at schools
- Training and supporting volunteers to engage effectively with students
- Collaborating with teachers to create interactive, hands-on lessons
- Contributing to program evaluation and reporting
You're passionate about education, STEM, and making a difference. You thrive in dynamic environments and love working with diverse communities.
You Bring
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
- A tertiary qualification or relevant experience in education, science, or engineering
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience working with students and volunteers
- Flexibility to travel to school sites as needed
- Experience with robotics or coding
- Knowledge of school curricula and education policy
- Experience in the non-profit sector
