We offer a competitive salary package that includes a base salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a generous product allowance and benefits package.

Job Description

The Role:

As a Zone Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales floor specialists to deliver an exceptional customer experience across multiple store locations. You will work closely with our management team to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a high level of product knowledge.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to customers, responding to their needs and ensuring they have an enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales floor specialists, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new product launches and trends to provide expert advice to customers.
