Zone Manager Opportunity in Melbourne's Western Suburbs

About the Role
We are seeking passionate Zone Managers to lead our stores in VIC's Western Suburbs on a permanent part-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will support the management team in delivering an exceptional customer experience by being responsible for customers and products in your zone.
In this role, you'll work closely with Hosts, Specialists, and other Zone Managers to create the ultimate customer experience through upholding MECCA values and enabling customers to look and feel their best. You will collaborate with your Floor and Store Managers to build a highly effective team that provides our customers with an exceptional in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with all queries and offer desirable solutions
- Communicate with fellow Zone Managers to navigate customers seamlessly between zones
- Work with team members to ensure we provide customers with a quality customer experience
