Job Description:

  • As a Zone Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Management Team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and driving success in your store through strong communication and upskilling the team.
  • You will engage and motivate your team to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and uphold our values, ensuring a seamless and exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in successfully leading large retail teams, with a proven track record of delivering results and improving performance.
  • A true passion for exceptional customer service, with a focus on creating MECCA-magic moments that exceed customer expectations.
  • Confidence in providing feedback to develop and coach team members, ensuring their growth and development within the company.
