About the Role

We are seeking a Year 10 student to undertake a School-based Traineeship with the Reece Group, a leading international company with exceptional values and customer focus. The trainee will work towards a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations and gain valuable experience in a Reece branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Embracing the Reece values, policies, and procedures
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Completing all requirements of the certificate
  • Processing sales and managing stock
  • Answering the phone and communicating with customers and staff
  • Building product knowledge and providing follow-up to customers
  • Maintaining a neat and tidy workplace
About You

We are looking for a student with good written and verbal communication skills, ability to follow instructions, enthusiasm, and a great attitude. You should be a team player, willing to give new things a go, and maintain a well-presented appearance.
