We are seeking a passionate and professional OSHC Assistant Service Manager to join our team at PCYC Broadbeach OSHC Service.

As the Assistant Service Manager, you will support the OSHC Service Manager to lead and manage the service, ensuring operation in line with Government Regulations, Legislation, National Quality Framework, and organisational requirements.

A key focus of the role is to support the Service Manager to build and maintain stakeholder relationships, increase commitment to the PCYC brand, and inspire a supportive culture of safety in line with PCYC Queensland values.

Your Responsibilities
  • Support the Service Manager to lead and manage the OSHC team
  • Assist with daily duties and tasks
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships
  • Ensure compliance with Government Regulations, Legislation, National Quality Framework, and organisational requirements

  • Hold a Working with Children Check/Blue Card (or able to obtain)
  • Hold a current First Aid and CPR certificate (or able to obtain)
