About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Educator to join our PCYC Broadbeach OSHC Service. As an Educator, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality practices to ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with and effectively supervise children while working as a team to deliver a high-quality education and care service.
  • Acknowledge and support the unique strengths, needs, and interests of the whole child.
  • Contribute to a supportive culture of safety in line with PCYC Queensland values.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • No formal qualifications are required, but a Minimum Certificate III qualification in an area relevant to working with children is desirable.
  • Experience working within the OSHC or long day care sector is highly regarded.
  • The ability to respond to needs and concerns of children to ensure quality service meets agreed standards.
  • A desire to succeed in an amazingly supportive workplace.
