Delivering Complex Infrastructure Projects

The role of Site and Project Engineer is a pivotal position requiring strong leadership skills and a passion for complex infrastructure development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage safety, time, cost, and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and manage engineering teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
- Monitor performance of construction crews and subcontractors against estimates and report any issues.
- Issue Performance Management Plans (PMPs), Safe Work Method Statements (SWMs), and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDs).
- Ensure compliance with the Integrated Management System.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering and/or Project Management.
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role delivering civil infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.
- Experience working with authorities such as local councils, utilities companies, and Major Road Projects Victoria.
