Heavy machinery maintenance is a crucial aspect of ensuring the reliability and efficiency of equipment. We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, diagnostics, repair and maintenance services to customer equipment in the field.

  • Technical expertise in heavy machinery repair and maintenance is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with customers and other stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site technical support and perform routine maintenance tasks.
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology or equivalent discipline (Diesel Mechanic).
  • OEM or earthmoving equipment experience highly regarded.
  • Current driver's license.
