Ensuring Operations Run Smoothly

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our maintenance team in Launceston. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our site runs safely, efficiently, and reliably.

With your expertise, you will help us minimize downtime and keep operations moving by designing and delivering a robust maintenance programme, responding quickly to breakdowns and faults, and coordinating contractors and trade services.

  • Maintenance Programme Development:
  • Designing and delivering a proactive maintenance strategy.
  • Implementing predictive maintenance techniques to optimize equipment performance.

You will be responsible for managing spare parts and materials to optimize inventory and reduce repair costs, overseeing site infrastructure including security systems and waste management, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.

What We're Looking For

  • A multi-skilled engineer with an electrical or electro-mechanical background.
  • Trained in 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
  • Experience with permits to work, risk assessments, and safe systems of work.
