Job Opportunity:

As a fares and ticketing expert, you will work with our in-house ticketing system, guiding consultants through the ticketing process while providing excellence in customer service to agent customers.

About the Role:

  • Provide accurate and competitive fare quotes and options
  • Issue tickets and EMDs correctly
  • Interpret airline fare rules and their ticketing processes
  • Handle phone calls and emails from travel agent customers
  • Liaise with airline representatives and internal account managers
  • Refer complex ticketing queries to team leaders and senior consultants

Requirements:

  • Hold Fares & Ticketing I and II certifications
  • Have experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
  • Possess knowledge of GDS systems including Travelport, Sabre & Amadeus
  • Have good problem-solving, analytical and numerical skills
