About the position

This Customer Service Agent (CSA) will be responsible for safely navigating local neighborhoods to deliver customer shopping to their homes during the day or night. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing great customer experiences, working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.

  • Customer Service skills
  • Unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence and a safe driving record
  • Safe navigation through busy streets, suburban roads, and regional areas
  • Availability to work flexible hours across store trading days, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
