CPB Contractors Pty Limited is a leading construction company that delivers complex infrastructure projects across Australia.

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Coordinator to join our team and support the delivery of our flagship project, North East Link in Melbourne.

The successful candidate will work closely with our project managers and stakeholders to coordinate administrative tasks, engage with external parties, and provide excellent customer service.

Job Description

This role will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to the project team, including coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records
  • Engaging with external stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and community groups
  • Assisting with project coordination, including temporary resident relocation, property damage claims, and project reporting
  • Reporting on queries, complaints, and engagement activities, including recording interactions in the project stakeholder management database
  • Working closely with the project team to ensure effective communication and collaboration

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as communications or public relations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with internal and external stakeholders
  • Good writing and data capturing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate administrative support functions
  • Ability to operate computer-based technology and software programs, including MS Office suite
