APM Futures delivers highly individualised employment supports to NDIS Participants.

Role Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on support to a small group of participants
  • Mentor and support personal growth, helping participants develop their vocational identity
  • Tailor supports to individual requirements
  • Deliver person-centred supports to participants transitioning from school to work
  • Provide on-site support once employment has commenced and assist with integration
  • Support and consult with employers

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Resilient and creative problem solver
  • Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about supporting young people with disabilities in their path to employment
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • Current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
  • First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Willing to complete a Criminal History Check
  • Able to obtain a Working with Children Check & NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Able to successfully complete a NDIS Worker Orientation Module prior to commencement
  • Travel as required for service delivery and support of participants
