About the Role

As Chief Financial Strategist, you will lead the finance team and collaborate globally to ensure reporting integrity, robust financial controls, and successful strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities will include overseeing global month-end close processes, consolidations, and group reporting, as well as maintaining and improving internal control frameworks and compliance programs.

This role requires a strong technical accounting knowledge base, with experience in managing statutory audits, internal controls, and compliance. Additionally, proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are essential.

  • Lead a collaborative, high-performing finance team to drive business growth and success.
  • Oversee global month-end close processes, consolidations, and group reporting to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Maintain and improve internal control frameworks and compliance programs to mitigate risk and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Drive working capital efficiency, cash flow forecasting, and process improvement to optimize financial performance.
Key Requirements
  • Significant post-qualification experience in multinational corporate or large audit environment.
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge (IFRS essential).
