Support Professional - Make a Real Difference in Lives

Are you passionate about supporting individuals with disabilities?

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Assist participants in exploring their interests and hobbies through various programs and activities.
    • Transport participants to events and appointments as required.
    • Perform administrative duties such as completing progress notes, charts, and reports.
    • Provide personal care and support activities of daily living in a residential setting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Essential Criteria:
    • Able to provide personal care and support activities of daily living in a residential setting.
    • High level of resilience and emotional intelligence.
    • Strong communication skills and demonstrated flexibility in alternative and augmentative communication methods.
    • Certificate 3 in Individual Support or related qualification (desired).
    • Current driver's licence (minimum P2).
    • Satisfactory background checks, including NDIS Workers Check (or willingness to obtain).
    • Valid First Aid Certificate and CPR (HLTAID011).
    • Covid-19 Vaccination (minimum 3 doses).
