Position Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead a team of 12 finance professionals across 4 countries. The ideal candidate will provide strategic financial guidance, oversee financial management, budgeting, and forecasting, and contribute to the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial guidance and oversee all aspects of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Team Management: Effectively lead and manage a team of 12 finance professionals across diverse locations.
  • Global Financial Oversight: Take charge of financial operations in multiple countries and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Strategic Decision-Making: Collaborate with senior leadership to contribute insights and financial expertise in strategic decision-making processes.
  • Risk Management: Implement robust risk management strategies to safeguard the company's financial health.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Develop and present comprehensive financial reports and conduct analysis to provide actionable insights.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement within the finance function.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Technology Integration: Explore and implement technological solutions to streamline financial processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Australian PR or Citizen only.
  • Minimum of 8 years of Australia local progressive experience in finance and accounting roles.
  • Demonstrated experience managing financial operations in a global context.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
  • Strong strategic and analytical mindset.
  • Fluent in both Chinese and English.
