Senior Manager, Risk Maturity

We are seeking a highly experienced Risk Management Leader to join our Consumer Division team at Westpac Group. As a Senior Manager, Risk Maturity, you will play a key role in identifying, managing, mitigating, and monitoring risks across our business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement risk management strategies to ensure the Consumer Division's risk profile is aligned with our business objectives.
- Manage and monitor risk profiles, stakeholder relationships, and risk management action plans.
- Collaborate with risk professionals to identify and mitigate risks, and develop recommendations for risk management and risk culture uplift opportunities.
- Provide expert advice on risk management frameworks, risk culture assessments, and risk management maturity programs.
- Extensive experience in risk management, with a strong background in financial services.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing risk management strategies, and managing risk profiles and stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and promote a strong risk culture.
