About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Consultant to join our team at Beaumont Tiles. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Process sales efficiently and accurately, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth
  • Assist with day-to-day administration tasks, including receiving deliveries and maintaining store appearance

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a sales and service role, preferably in the retail or tile industry
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Administrative skills and technological proficiency
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy products
