About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team at Beaumont Tiles. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and advice to our clients, ensuring they receive the best possible experience in our showroom.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on tile and bathroomware products
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, interior designers, architects, and builders
  • Conduct selection consultations and previews to ensure customers receive the best possible solution
  • Maintain the look and feel of the showroom, ensuring a high level of presentation and display
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions and recommendations
Requirements
  • Proven experience in retail sales and/or related industry experience (preferably minimum of 2 years in a similar field)
  • Good rapport building and influencing skills
  • Strong customer service focus
  • A competitive nature and a desire to win
  • Technologically savvy and strong administrative skills
  • Ability to calculate quantities from building plans
  • Physically able for the loading and unloading of heavy products up to 25kgs
