About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team at Beaumont Tiles. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and advice to our clients, ensuring they find the perfect tiles and products for their projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on tile selection and product usage
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, interior designers, architects, and builders
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and team goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed advice to customers
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales objectives and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
  • Proven experience in retail sales and/or related industry experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service focus and ability to build rapport with customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Technologically savvy and strong administrative skills
