About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Regional Government Programs Coordinator to join our team at Transport for NSW. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the management of grant-funded programs for local councils.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with a diverse team to manage grant-funded programs and support local councils.
  • Coordinate resources, manage budgets, and meet reporting requirements to ensure program outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including local councils and community groups.
  • Provide advice and information to stakeholders on program development and delivery in line with established plans, budgets, and timeframes.
About You

We are looking for a highly organized and skilled individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will have experience working in multi-disciplined teams in large organizations and be able to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders. You will also have a strong understanding of program management and be able to coordinate resources and manage budgets effectively.
