Regional Programs Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Regional Programs Coordinator to join our team at Transport for NSW. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating resources, managing budgets, and supporting project-related activities to ensure program outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage grant funded programs to support local councils
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage and oversee coordinating resources, managing budgets, meeting reporting requirements, and supporting project-related activities
- Ensure program outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, and to quality standards
We are looking for a highly organized and skilled individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will have experience working in multi-disciplined teams in large organizations and be able to build and maintain all aspects of stakeholder management. You will also have a strong ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.
