Essential Home Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Worker to provide essential support to elderly clients in their homes.
Job Responsibilities- Provide individualised care using a consumer-directed approach
- Assist clients with activities of daily living according to their care plans
- Maintain client privacy, confidentiality, and dignity at all times
- Respond to emergency situations using first aid skills
- Maintain accurate records of client care and report any incidents or hazards
- Cert IV/Diploma in Community Service or equivalent qualification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks based on client risk
