About This Role

This role is designed for a professional who can facilitate learning, drive change, and mentor others. You will work closely with the clinical staff to identify opportunities for growth and development, and create programs to support their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement orientation programs for new nurses
  • Design and deliver educational activities that promote lifelong learning and career development
  • Collaborate with others to identify problems and solutions, and create changes to support the organization's goals

You will work in a dynamic environment where you will be challenged to think critically and creatively. Your expertise and experience will enable you to make a meaningful contribution to the organization's success.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • Two years of nursing experience
  • Current, valid Florida State of Nursing license as a registered professional nurse
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certification
  • Advanced Life Support Provider Certification, per specialty
