We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People and Culture Business Partner to join our team at Tal Services Limited. As a key member of our People and Culture team, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes through strategic HR initiatives and programs.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with senior leaders and business stakeholders to identify and address people-related insights and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategic HR plans and initiatives that align with business priorities and objectives.
- Provide coaching and guidance to senior leaders and people managers on HR-related matters, including talent management, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with the People and Culture Consulting team to drive and deliver appropriate ER/IR outcomes in partnership with the business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including business unit partners and executive leadership team members.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in a field such as HR, Business, or Organizational Development.
- Minimum 5 years' experience partnering with executives and senior business leaders to deliver on business priorities.
- Proven ability to establish excellent working relationships with key partners, sound consulting, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in the Insurance Industry/Financial Services, desired.
