Job Title: Senior Product Leader - Dining Solutions
">About the Role:
">We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Leader to lead our Private Dining business. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and driving the product vision, strategy, and goals for the business vertical.
">Responsibilities:
">Crafting the Strategy: Define a clear product vision, strategy, and goals for the business verticals and articulate how they align with company objectives.
">Setting a Roadmap: Establish a roadmap that considers buy, build, and partner avenues.
">Owning Business Outcomes: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption, engagement, and monetization through new businesses.
">Exceptional Execution: Lead end-to-end delivery, partnering with engineering, design, partnerships, and marketing to test, learn, and iterate quickly.
">Leading and Mentoring: Foster innovation, customer centricity, and collaboration by leading and mentoring a team of product managers.
">Data Driven Decision Making: Champion a customer-centric, data-driven, market-aware approach and implement research and data-driven insights.
">Scaled Processes: Define processes that enable new businesses to align with other areas without losing momentum.
">Qualifications:
">10+ years of experience in product management with 6+ years in a people-management role leading product managers, preferably in B2C or marketplace companies.
">Significant experience building and scaling consumer or marketplace products.
">Experience defining and driving a GTM strategy in collaboration with marketing and/or sales; monetization experience preferred.
">Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
">Experience partnering with and influencing cross-functional teams across the product development and go-to-market lifecycle.
