Job Role

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join our team as Delivery Lead.

About the Job:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and team members to drive project success.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Mentor junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and growth.
  • Provide transparent project updates, highlighting progress and areas for improvement.
  • Spearhead process improvements, enhancing team efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record as a Delivery Lead, Project Manager, or similar in a tech environment.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall.
  • Deep understanding of technical infrastructure functions, including network and hardware management, system administration, security management, backup and disaster recovery, and monitoring and performance tuning.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Experience with adaptive planning and project coordination.
