We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our allied health team, you'll play a vital role in delivering occupational rehabilitation services that enable individuals to achieve optimal work-life balance and overall well-being. - Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs for employees and employers.
- Collaborate with medical and allied health professionals, injured workers, and employers to create tailored return-to-work plans.
- Conduct assessments, such as Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments.
- Provide vocational assessments, psychosocial barrier analysis, and treatment plans for injured workers.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
Our ideal candidate will possess: - • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Osteopathy, Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology.
- • Registration with either AHPRA, ASORC or ESSA.
- • Strong passion for injury prevention, return to work, and associated health benefits.
- • Energy and drive to grow our services.
- • Current driver's license and access to own vehicle.
