What You Will Be Doing:
Conducting early intervention assessments to prevent long-term disability and promote timely recovery.
Performing comprehensive functional capacity evaluations and ergonomic assessments.
Developing and implementing tailored return-to-work plans that align with both worker and employer needs.
Collaborating with employers to design job modifications and supportive work environments.
Providing vocational counselling and career coaching to assist workers in securing suitable employment.
Ensuring strict adherence to regulatory compliance and maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.

Mobile Phone – 50% of your mobile telephone account paid; this is claimable monthly with your travelling expenses.
Travel costs will be reimbursed as a kilometre usage up to 100 KM round trip.
Incentives – 10% of all revenue in excess of $ $18,150 per month and 20% of all revenue in excess of $20,000 per month payable quarterly.
