Water Treatment Operations Specialist

Water treatment is a critical service that requires skilled professionals to manage and maintain the facilities effectively.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge in water treatment operations, including supervising and training staff. They must have experience in operating and maintaining wastewater and recycled water treatment plant facilities, adhering to regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- A Certificate III in Water Industry Treatment or equivalent qualification is necessary for this role.
- The successful applicant should have demonstrated working knowledge of water and wastewater treatment operations, including all relevant health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
The responsibilities of this position include:
- Mentoring trainees and developing their skills in water treatment operations;
- Working collaboratively with the team to achieve objectives and improve efficiency;
- Maintaining high standards of operation, quality, and safety throughout the facility.
