Office Administrator Role

A rapidly expanding financial services company seeks a skilled Office Administrator to support our brokers and contribute to delivering exceptional service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team on a daily basis.
  • Communicate with clients and lenders via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Assist in preparing loan applications and related documentation.
  • Manage client inquiries and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Organize tasks efficiently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Support a positive and collaborative team culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional presentation.
  • Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive, positive attitude with empathy and mindfulness.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Experience in finance or lending is a plus but not required.
  • Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking is advantageous or willingness to obtain it during employment.
