Experience Manager

We are seeking an Experience Manager to support our Clubhouse team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless interactions with members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and check-in guests, adhering to sign-in procedures.
  • Assist with member administration, including check-in and check-out processes.
  • Provide a warm welcome to all Hub members and guests, fostering a courteous environment.
  • Support the Community & Operations Lead with events, including wine-down events.
  • Conduct regular space checks and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Previous experience in fast-paced customer service environments, particularly at the front desk of high-end hotels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members.
  • Presentation and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
