Our Banking & Finance team is renowned for its extensive knowledge and expertise in securitisation and structured finance transactions. We act on a wide range of high-profile banking and finance deals, working with prominent domestic and international banks, global investment banks, major corporations, project sponsors, mezzanine financiers, and private equity firms.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will have a high level of responsibility and client contact, acting as deal counsel, drafting and structuring transactions for clients across different asset classes and programmes.

  • You must have exceptional analytical, communication, and research skills to contribute to the delivery of prompt and commercially astute advice.
  • A high level of proficiency in drafting various legal documents is essential.
  • You should demonstrate enthusiasm for engaging in business development activities and building strong client relationships.
Requirements

To be successful, you will have previous experience in a highly regarded banking and finance practice and expertise in securitisation and structured finance transactions.

  • You should possess a deep understanding of financial markets and regulations.
  • Collaboration and teamwork are key components of this role, requiring excellent interpersonal skills.
